The Acai used in Pure Acai™ Acai Powder tubs has been grown under a one hundred percent sustainablity program. We use Acai supplied to us by Universal Taste®, who have has been working with the Brazilian tribes people since 1997 to produce organic Acai under a Fair Trade agreement.

 

Acai Processed and freeze-dried in Brazil

The acai powder in Pure Acai™ Acai Powder tubs is completely processed in Brazil, unlike many other companies who transport their Acai to the US for processesing. The most up to date technology is used for final processing, ensuring that the acai berries are at their freshest for processing. This helps ensure that the maximum of the acai's nutritional value is kept.

Universal Taste® has also been working closely with Brunswick Laboratories (one of the leading independent laboratories specializing in the science of Antioxidants ) to expand knowledge regarding Acaí and antioxidants.
